Coaches will then start the sessions.

Each training group will receive an email detailing information for the specific group and seating area allocation.

The U13’s group will have a shortened session to allow for cleaning before the next session starts at 7.00. Please leave the track promptly by the RED WOODEN GATE to allow the next groups access.

The café in the leisure centre will only be open for take away, there will not be any seating available inside. Masks do not need to be worn in the centre.

All athletes must maintain a 2m distance from each other and the coach. Drills and runs on the track can be in groups of 6 however no one should run in an anti-clockwise direction.

The Tube cannot be used at the moment due to ventilation issues.

The toilets at the track can be used and will be cleaned every hour, however the door must be kept open after use to aid ventilation.
