Fees for the entire half term must be paid in advance of the start of the term (pay by date will be given) and are non-refundable should the athlete not attend. Each session will cost £3.50 and the total cost should be paid either by BACS to Account name Horsham Blue Star Harriers, Sort code 40-24-33 account 01303473 or by cheque made payable to Horsham Blue Star Harriers sent to Mr M Carrington, 1 Coleridge Close, Horsham, RH12 5PB.

The café in the leisure centre will only be open for take away, there will not be any seating available inside. Masks do not need to be worn in the centre.

All athletes must maintain a 2m distance from each other and the coach. Drills and runs on the track will be in alternate lanes, no one should run in a clockwise direction.

The Tube cannot be used at the moment due to ventilation issues.

The toilets at the track can be used and will be cleaned every hour, however the door must be kept open after use to aid ventilation.

All equipment will be collected by the coach and less otherwise directed by the coach, it will be cleaned before and after being handed out by leisure centre staff.

All coaches are volunteers and likely to be more susceptible to Covid 19, so we expect the new procedures to be maintained alongside 2m social distancing to keep everyone as safe as possible. Please make sure your athlete is aware of the rules and respects them, any infringements will not be tolerated.
